Location: St Austell

Salary: ÂŁ33,796.00 - ÂŁ39,553.00 (CC48 - CC65, including Market Premium) Plus a potential additional payment of up to ÂŁ6,000 through the Government's Targeted Retention Scheme

About the Role

Based at St Austell, we are looking for a qualified and experienced multi‐skilled maintenance engineer with a strong background in welding to join our established Engineering Team as the Study Programme Manager. The role involves management of all aspects of the Study Programme(s) and aims to provide a positive experience for all learners enrolled – enabling them to achieve their maximum potential. You would be accountable for all aspects of the learner journey; providing advice & guidance, along with consistently high levels of teaching, learning and assessment.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant practical working industry experience.
  • Experience of training or teaching in the industry is also desirable.
  • Applicant should be qualified to a minimum of level 3 in an appropriate discipline and hold or be willing to undertake a teaching qualification with us.

Hours of Work

This role is on a full‐time basis; 37 hours per week.
