Terms & Conditions: Full Time (37 hours/52 weeks), Support Contract

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, outgoing person with a can-do attitude and a knack for engaging presentations to inspire future generations to consider all their education options.

Based at our Duchy College campus in Stoke Climsland (although this is flexible), the postholder is responsible for working with schools across Cornwall, showcasing The Cornwall College Group\’s extensive offer to potential learners, parents and teachers.

The postholder will be required to work with the Marketing and Schools Manager to develop, plan and deliver recruitment activity for The Cornwall College Group, creating a broad 14-19 programme of engagement to meet the local need. They will develop links with local schools to promote the opportunities within The Cornwall College Group.

Skills & Experience

You will have the ability to engage effectively with learners, parents, colleagues, and external agencies, consistently demonstrating outstanding communication skills and inclusive behaviours. Knowledge of the college education landscape and a commitment to continuous professional development for yourself and others are essential. Level 2 English and maths are also required.
