About the Role
Based at Cornwall College Camborne, we are looking for an experienced individual to support the growth of our apprenticeship provision by generating sales through exceptional employer engagement and customer service. This role involves guiding employers and prospective apprentices through the recruitment process and providing advice and guidance on apprenticeship opportunities, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. With a strong focus on relationship building, you will play a key role in helping learners start their apprenticeship journey while supporting the workforce needs of local businesses.
Skills & Experience
Applicants must have a customer focused approach to work, ability to manage own caseload and strong written and verbal communication skills.
