What You’ll Do: Plan and deliver chat campaigns that support flagship product launches across Europe Work with CRM, product, and content teams to create proactive, personalised messaging Optimise chat scripts and sales flows to drive conversions and upsell opportunities Train chat agents with best-practice tools and insights Analyse performance data and customer feedback to continuously improve Skills Needed 3 years’ experience in digital chat or messaging campaigns (e.g.
