We’re working with a leading live events and production specialist looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to deliver large-scale corporate and broadcast events across London and beyond.
This is a senior, client-facing role responsible for the end-to-end technical delivery of live events — from concept and design through to on-site execution and post-event close.
The role:
- Own and manage technical event delivery across multiple complex live events
- Translate client requirements into clear technical, production, and labour plans
- Lead on-site technical teams, vendors, and venue partners during load-in, show, and load-out
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a world-class standard
- Act as the main client contact on-site, managing expectations and last-minute changes
- Oversee H&S compliance (RAMS), technical standards, and operational best practice
- Manage budgets, cost control, and post-event reconciliation
What we’re looking for:
- ~4+ years’ experience in corporate events, live production
- ~ Strong technical background (audio, video, lighting, staging, or integrated AV)
- ~ Proven experience managing complex live events end to end
- ~ Confident leading teams and communicating with senior clients
- ~ Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure live environments
- ~ Budget management and operational logistics experience
- ~ Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required by events
