Are you an experienced recruiter looking to join a collaborative, fast-paced Talent Acquisition team within a global organisation? Our client is looking for a German-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across the EMEA region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with agency, in-house TA or recruitment experience who enjoys sourcing, stakeholder management and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles throughout EMEA
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies
  • Sourcing and engaging high-quality talent using a range of channels
  • Conducting candidate screening interviews and managing the interview process
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines using an ATS
  • Supporting recruitment projects across multiple European markets

What we're looking for:

  • Fluent German (spoken and written) – essential
  • Previous recruitment experience (agency, in-house Talent Acquisition or recruitment/resourcing)
  • Confident sourcing and screening candidates across European markets
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
