Our client is a fast-growing live events production company delivering immersive experiences for major brands — and they’re looking for a Head of Lighting to lead our creative and technical lighting team. If you love combining artistic vision with technical excellence, mentoring others, and owning major projects from concept to delivery, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead lighting design + delivery for large-scale live events
- Interpret briefs and elevate them with creative lighting solutions
- Produce proposals, specs, and technical documentation
- Guide and mentor a talented lighting team
- Build strong client relationships
- Oversee on-site delivery across multiple projects
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years in creative lighting design / systems
- Strong client-facing communication
- Technical leadership experience
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness
