An exciting opportunity to join a global organisation as an IT Business Solutions Manager – Data & Analytics, supporting Western European markets and helping shape data-driven decision-making across strategic insights and commercial planning. This is a broad, commercially focused role combining data, technology, business analysis and project management, with responsibility for designing and delivering scalable data solutions.
You will:
- Develop and implement data strategies and solutions across Western European markets
- Work closely with business teams to identify data requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions
- Lead data projects from concept through to implementation and rollout
- Conduct fit-gap analysis across data sources, platforms and models
- Manage relationships with internal IT teams and third-party technology providers
- Support the rollout of centralised systems across multiple markets
- Own elements of the data/application portfolio, including enhancements, incidents and continuous improvement
- Manage project budgets, suppliers and delivery against agreed objectives
- Ensure solutions meet security, governance, data quality and architectural standards
- Identify new opportunities to maximise the commercial value of internal and external data
About You
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field or relevant certifications
- 5+ exposure to IT architecture and solutions for data flows among systems and applications
- 3+ business professional expertise (with relevant FMCG industry experience) in data analysis and insights generation
- Experience in delivering solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform with a special emphasis on data solutions and services
- Strong experience in project management, with a track record of successful execution
- Experience with budget management, contract management
- Technical & Analytical Skills
- Delivery on Azure stack (Databricks, Data Factory, Data Lake)
- Very good understanding of Azure PaaS management and resource monitoring
- CI/CD experience and DevOps
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience in Python/PySpark
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to solve business challenges.
- Knowledge in testing and validating Analytical solutions
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
