Our client is a globally recognised brand looking for a results-driven Campaign Manager to lead conversational and live commerce initiatives across multiple European markets. You will create and deliver data-led chat strategies and manage live shopping pilots to drive online engagement and sales.
You will work with cross-functional teams—including digital marketing, CRM, agencies, and local market teams—to craft the right message for the right moment. Your focus will be on improving customer experience, boosting conversion, and shaping the future of eCommerce in real time.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver chat campaigns that drive conversion and upsell.
