What You'll Do:
- Build and deploy AI applications that improve efficiency and deliver business value
- Apply NLP, LLMs, and automation to unlock insights from complex, unstructured data
- Work across departments to identify and deliver impactful AI use cases
- Evaluate emerging models and AI tools for real-world adoption
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Data Science to scale innovative solutions
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python, ML, and NLP/LLMs
- Familiarity with open-source LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Qwen) and RAG pipelines
- Experience building APIs and interactive tools with FastAPI, Streamlit, or Gradio
- Solid understanding of AI infrastructure, including GPUs and Docker
- Comfortable working with unstructured data sources like PDFs, emails, and OCR
- Proficient in Git, SQL, and handling a variety of data formats
