As a Trainee Parts Representative, you'll be a vital part of our aftersales team, ensuring our customers have fast, accurate access to the parts they need to keep their machinery running at its best. You will receive in-house training and mentoring to develop in this role and beyond. So, if you are a team player, can build rapport with our customers, and have a positive can-do attitude, this outstanding opportunity awaits you! Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers in the outlet and over the phone for any merchandise, parts or service enquiries.
  • Develop excellent relationships with our customers to enable a first-class service and encourage continued custom.
  • Develop knowledge of the full range of parts, tools, equipment and services we offer.
  • Identify required parts, pick parts from stock and place orders with suppliers to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Ensure payments are handled in line with procedure, completing invoicing and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain inventory and merchandise displays, ensuring the shop floor is welcoming and well-presented.

  • A willingness to learn and develop.
  • Good IT skills with the ability to use standard IT applications and learn new platforms/systems easily.
  • Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy in order details, product numbers, pricing and CRM administration.
