An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Solicitor to consolidate their career in the successful Wills and Probate division, joining a positive and flexible team with existing clients, plenty of autonomy and a real opportunity to influence the future direction of the business.
This person will be a key member of the Wills and Probate team providing quality advice to clients in person or by phone. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading legal firm as it evolves and expands its private clients business.
The Successful Applicant:- Law Degree or sufficient legal knowledge to manage a caseload of private client files (5 years + experience).
- Previous experience working as a fee earner within a private client environment.
- Working knowledge of the SRA’s regulations to ensure confidentiality and security of all practice and client documentation/information.
- Excellent IT skills – strong systems capability is essential.
- Positive and self-motivated – able to prioritize/expedite workload to deliver an excellent service.
- Commercial and confident with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to develop strong working relationships with staff, Partners and Clients.
