The predicted salary is between 15000 - 20000 £ per year.

Our client works in the IT sector and is a highly professional and well-respected individual. This role is to assist with predominantly personal administration and organisation responsibilities on a regular part-time basis – 2 days a week equating to approximately 50 hours a month.

This key role will combine a mix of administrative and organisational responsibilities to include setting up appropriate systems, working through initial backlog and maintaining appropriate records. The role is based in the client’s home and flexibility, discretion and confidentiality are pre-requisites.

The Successful Applicant:

  • Essential Previous experience in a PA or similar role.
  • A positive and flexible work ethos.
  • Reliable and conscientious.
  • Creative approach to solving problems – solution focussed.
  • Able to work independently with discretion.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Confident IT skills – Microsoft Office & Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working through large administrative backlog.
  • Organising extensive filing, paperwork and personal administration.
  • Developing future systems and processes to maintain accurate and straightforward records.
  • Ongoing admin support and data entry.
