Based in Gloucestershire, this new role is required to support the Director as the business continues to grow and evolve.
The Junior Architectural Technician will be responsible for a range of tasks to support the Director and general business. They will work on a hybrid basis from the well-equipped garden office near Gloucester, and enjoy a unique opportunity to shape administrative processes and project procedures within an established architectural business. This role could suit a relevant graduate or someone looking to start their career within this sector who can demonstrate the following skills.
The Successful Applicant:
- AutoCAD and strong Microsoft Office skills essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with architectural drawings for a range of projects from new build to refurbishments.
- Building regulations submissions and ongoing liaison with building control surveyor.
- Submitting planning conditions applications.
- General project admin tasks to include obtaining quotes for signage and flooring, new address applications, submitting F10 forms etc.
