Our established client is an international Financial Planning business specialising in Expat International Planning, Wealth & Investments and Pensions & Estate Planning. This varied role will be responsible for managing client servicing activities, embedding high-quality client communication, and supporting the delivery of marketing initiatives across the business.
This key role combines a mix of marketing and client liaison responsibilities requiring confident communication and strong organisational/co-ordination skills.
The Successful Applicant:

- Experience in client servicing, administration or co-ordination roles.
- Strong organisational skills – able to manage multiple tasks & deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Liaison & Relationship Management
- Act as primary point of contact for client servicing activities.
- Co-ordinate and manage the Annual Review process for selected clients.
- Contact clients ahead of reviews to confirm circumstances and gather relevant information.
- Answer client queries (non-advisory) and maintain clear communication throughout.
- Liaise with Advisers and internal teams to gather policy and client data.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Ensure all client communications comply with company data security policies.
- Workflow & Process Management
- Ensure Annual Review process is followed consistently and completed within timelines.
- Maintain and update review procedures, templates and tracking tools.
- Identify inefficiencies or gaps in processes and suggest improvements.
- Ensure high standards of accuracy, compliance and service delivery.
- Regulatory & Compliance (Consumer Duty)
- Support the monitoring and application of Consumer Duty principles across client servicing activities.
- Ensure client communications and processes deliver good outcomes for retail customers.
- Review updates from compliance providers and implement required changes.
- Support the production of Consumer Duty MI and reporting.
- Work closely with the Certification Manager, Compliance Officer and Directors to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Marketing & Administrative Support
- Provide admin support to marketing activities and campaigns.
- Manage and maintain CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy.
- Support the creation and distribution of direct mailers and client communications.
- Assist with webinar setup and co-ordination.
- Update and maintain company website content.
- Support marketing campaigns, including email marketing and client engagement initiatives.
- Assist in producing Management Information (MI) and reporting on marketing performance.
- Track campaign outcomes and provide insights for improvement.
