Cornish Metals plc is recruiting a Procurement Manager to lead the procurement function at the South Crofty Mine in Cornwall as we progress towards production. Reporting to the CFO, this strategic and operational role is responsible for delivering commercial value through effective sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation and procurement leadership. Working closely with teams across the business, you will help ensure the right materials, goods and services are in place to support the successful redevelopment and future operation of South Crofty.
We are looking for an experienced procurement professional with a strong commercial mindset and a proven track record of leading procurement teams in industrial, construction, manufacturing or project-based environments. You will have excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, experience developing sourcing strategies and managing supplier performance, and the ability to balance governance with operational priorities. Experience working with ERP systems and leading procurement transformation or continuous improvement initiatives would be highly advantageous.
