We are looking for a high-calibre Head of Production to lead our mission to increasing production volumes.
This is a key leadership position with responsibility for production, engineering, maintenance and warehouse operations, ensuring that we have the people, processes, equipment and capability required to safely increase output while maintaining the high standards of quality for which Cornish Lime is known.
Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 dependent on experience + pension + comprehensive health cover.
Your Objective Your primary objective will be to build a safe, efficient, reliable and scalable manufacturing operation capable of supporting the company's growth plans.
