We are looking for a motivated and highly organised Sales Administrator & Front of House to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth sales operations and delivering a professional, welcoming experience for clients, visitors and colleagues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a friendly and professional welcome.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.
- Assist with customer inquiries, providing product information and guidance.
- Process sales orders and quotations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and transactions.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including report preparation and data entry.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and sales leads.
- Update and maintain CRM and internal databases.
General Office Support
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and scheduling meetings.
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Support marketing initiatives, including promotional material distribution and event coordination via LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a sales administration or front-of-house role (preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry but not essential).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM systems is desirable.
- A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum of x5 GCSE.
