What we are looking for
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within hospitality, food service, retail, café, bakery, or restaurant environments.
- Experience leading, motivating, and developing teams.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Experience managing sales targets, budgets, and KPIs.
- Food preparation and food service experience.
- Knowledge of food hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
- Experience in staff training and coaching.
- Ability to manage stock, wastage, and controllable costs.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced customer‑facing environment.
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
