Cornish Bakery is seeking a Learning and Development Business Partner to work with senior leaders, shaping and delivering our learning strategy across the business. You will craft development journeys that drive growth, performance and engagement in a fast-growing, values-driven bakery group.
You will lead and embed continuous learning, design engaging programmes, and collaborate with HRBPs to support succession planning across 65+ bakeries nationwide.
