About the role:

Are you a dynamic, highly organised with a passion for social media content? Cornish Bakery is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Social Media and Digital Manager to help us deliver top-quality products while championing the flavours of Cornwall.

You’ll play a hands-on role in developing content across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn, managing our website and online shop. This is a creative, fast-paced role for someone with a strong background in social media, video creation, and digital engagement—ideally with experience reaching Gen Z and young adult audiences. You should be passionate about branding and storytelling, with a genuine enthusiasm for food and lifestyle content.

As Social Media and Digital Manager will:

  • Lead the creation and execution of content across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn—developing engaging, on-brand content that builds community and delivers measurable results.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar, optimized for engagement and brand growth.
  • Collaborate with our brand agency and internal teams to plan campaigns, content days, and product launches.
  • Ensure all web content is accurate, timely, and reflects current product availability and promotions.
  • Manage incoming digital enquiries via the info@ inbox, responding or escalating where necessary.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in growing and managing social media channels, especially TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Enthusiastic about food, digital culture, and the latest social trends, especially those relevant to Gen Z audiences.
  • Deep understanding of brand identity and the ability to translate brand values into content.
  • Highly organized, with experience managing content calendars and digital projects
