Our Property team is based in Paulton (near Bath/Bristol) and provides support to our 60+ bakeries across the country. This exciting role is an addition to the team, to strengthen the support for our growing business. About the role:

Cornish Bakery is growing fast, and we’re looking for an experienced administrator who can perform administrative functions to aid the smooth running of the Property & Operations functions.

As a highly organised person you will be confident in dealing with stakeholders across the business, enjoy a challenge and like using your initiative. You’ll be confident in challenging the norm, whilst producing accurate and timely information; striving to embed a positive, engaging and high-performing workplace culture through aligning all our practices and procedures with our purpose and values.

As Property & Operations Administrator your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records, including lease agreements, maintenance logs, and financial statements
  • Monitor the progress of repairs at bakeries and manage contractors’ performance where appropriate
  • Outlet Tracker, gathering information monthly for the relevant Area Manager. This will cover the agreed KPI’s and shared with the relevant stakeholders monthly.
  • Operations SharePoint data maintained and updated periodically
  • Assist in answering & dealing with general telephone, written or email queries and taking messages.
