We’re growing fast and looking for a Systems & Supply Chain Co‑ordinator to support the smooth day‑to‑day running of our supply chain and operational systems. This is a hands‑on, detail‑driven role where you’ll co‑ordinate stock, suppliers and deliveries while ensuring our systems and data remain accurate, reliable and efficient. You’ll play a key role in supporting our bakeries and helping us scale with confidence.
As Systems & Supply Chain Co‑ordinator you will:
- Co‑ordinate purchasing, stock replenishment and supplier orders
- Monitor stock levels and support effective stock control
- Build strong day‑to‑day relationships with suppliers and resolve issues quickly
- Support demand planning, reporting and new bakery openings
- Maintain accurate data across our systems (WRS Stockade & Kafoodle)
- Investigate discrepancies and improve processes and data accuracy
- Provide first‑line systems support to our bakery teams
- Support continuous improvement across supply chain processes and systems
What we are looking for:
- Experience in supply chain, operations or co‑ordination roles
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident working with data, systems and Excel
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to travel to our Head Office in Paulton
- Full UK driving licence
