About the role
At Cornish Bakery, we are driven by quality and innovation, creating exceptional products rooted in craft, creativity, and flavour.
We’re looking for a Product & Innovation Process Coordinator who can help keep our product projects moving forward.
You’ll split your time between your local Cornish bakery, coordinating the product development process from concept through to launch, and our office in Paulton, collaborating with the wider team and managing project delivery.
Travel will also be required for supplier visits and bakery site meetings.

As Product & Innovation Process Coordinator you will
- Coordinate the Product Development process across all projects.
- Maintain the Product Task Planner, launch calendar and project timelines.
- Organise meetings, tastings, trials and launch activities.
- Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Marketing and Training to coordinate successful launches.
- Support food safety documentation and product compliance.

- Passionate about food, flavour, and bakery craft.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Confidence working with different teams across the business.
- Good commercial awareness.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Enjoys working cross-functionally with procurement, product, and operations teams
- Organised, practical, and able to keep projects on track against agreed timelines.
