As a Team Leader you will:
- Take the lead on shifts to support your Team in delivering outstanding service
- Train and coach our team to Brand Standards
- Make the World’s Best Coffee
- Prepare Award Winning Food
- Drive high standards at all times
- Assist the Management Team with operating the bakery
- Make the most of colleagues' strengths and ensure that they are in the right place to maximise sales
