As a Head Barista you will:

  • Train and coach our team to serve our coffee perfectly every time
  • Make the World’s Best Coffee
  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service
  • Prepare Award Winning Food
  • Maintain High standards within the Bakery
  • Be part of a Team who strive to Aim Higher at all times
  • Maintain and fine tune the coffee machine and grinder to dispense the perfect espresso
  • Assist the Management Team with operating the bakery

Full training will be given for you To Be Yourself as part of an amazing Team.
