As a Team Leader you will:

  • Take the lead on shifts to support your Team in delivering outstanding service
  • Train and coach our team to Brand Standards
  • Make the World’s Best Coffee
  • Prepare Award Winning Food
  • Drive high standards at all times
  • Assist the Management Team with operating the bakery
  • Make the most of colleagues' strengths and ensure that they are in the right place to maximise sales

Full training will be given for you to be yourself as part of an amazing Team.
