As a Team Leader you will:

  • Take the lead on shifts to support your Team in delivering outstanding service
  • Train and coach our team to Brand Standards
  • Make the World’s Best Coffee
  • Prepare Award Winning Food
  • Drive high standards at all times
  • Assist the Management Team with operating the bakery
  • Make the most of colleagues strengths and ensure that they are in the right place to maximise sales
