The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Full-time, 49k + 5k car allowance and bonus. Home based with +15,000 mileage per annum. Your area will stretch from Chelmsford to Portsmouth with circa 10 bakeries.

Due to our exciting growth across the UK we are looking for an experienced multi-site manager to join our team as an Area Manager in the South-East / South of the country. The area will cover c10 Bakeries and due to the geography the role will have extensive travel of +15,000 miles per year.

About you: We are looking for an experienced leader who can drive operational excellence and take the lead in opening new bakeries within their area, supporting our exciting growth strategy. We are looking for passionate ‘people first’ leaders whose flair and style fits with our culture. Being a ‘coach’ will be at the heart of your role and will underpin how you manage your teams. You need to have successfully managed multiple sites in fresh food & drink business, driven performance in your teams to get the best results and truly believe in our culture and want to inspire others to live our values. You will likely have:

  • Experience in multi-site
  • Experience in new site openings
  • Experience in freshly prepared food or QSR
  • Experience of turnaround performance
  • Development of people

Your Area will cover: Chelmsford, Braintree, Canterbury, Rye, Hastings, Lewes, Chichester & Portsmouth plus additional bakeries as we continue to expand, so it would be preferable for you to be based in between those locations.
