About The Role

Cornerstone Healthcare is looking for a passionate Healthcare Assistant (Nights) to join our award-winning team at Marula Lodge. We care for 42 residents across four units, supporting those with varying complex care. Our person‑centred approach focuses on each individual’s unique challenges, not just their diagnosis. Your Working Pattern

We have Night positions available: Night shift: 19:45 – 07:45 Average: 38.5 hours per week

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support all aspects of daily living including personal care, mealtimes, and social activities
  • Promote independence, choice, and dignity in every interaction
  • Observe and report on changes in residents’ health and well‑being
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure exceptional, person‑centred care
  • Communicate openly and respectfully with colleagues, residents, and their loved ones
