What You'll Do

  • Define and build the New Business operating model, including value streams, roles, governance, and SLAs.
  • Create playbooks for key flows: Idea-to-Value, Lead-to-Order (L2O), and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
  • Align strategy and delivery, ensuring portfolio planning matches execution cadence.
  • Launch MVP processes for L2O and O2C within three months to accelerate growth.
  • Set standards and metrics for repeatable, high-quality delivery.
  • Drive collaboration through agile product squads and cross-functional teams.
  • Embed Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, Portfolio Kanban) for transparency and efficiency.
  • Implement smart tools to enable scale and performance.
  • Build dashboards tracking lead time, cycle time, cost-to-serve, and customer satisfaction.
  • Champion continuous improvement to remove friction and boost flow.
  • Ensure compliance with HSQE, ESG, and Information Security standards.

What You'll Bring

  • Expertise in operating model design, process engineering, and governance.
  • Deep knowledge of Lean and Agile principles, with the ability to coach at all levels.
  • Hands-on experience with L2O/O2C processes and supporting tech stacks (CRM/CPQ, PPM, ITSM, billing, BI).
  • Strong background in business architecture and performance systems.
  • Proven success in scaling operating models in high-growth or tech-driven environments.
  • A system-level thinker who connects strategy, people, process, and technology.
  • Pragmatic, delivery-focused, and an influential communicator trusted by both engineers and executives.
