Our Vision: Continue to be the leading UK mobile infrastructure services company. Our Mission: To be famous for excellence in delivery, embracing transformation with our people and our customers at its heart. We are at an exciting time in our company’s development. We’ve come a long way since we were first formed in 2012. From the rollout of new technologies and managing complex legislation affecting the industry, we are leading the conversation on innovation and developing sharper solutions to serve our customers better. We collaborate as a team to meet the high standards expected of us and demand the best of ourselves through our values.
We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to lead the commercial, operational, and strategic success of our major customers. You will own the full customer lifecycle—driving profitable growth, strengthening long term partnerships, and ensuring consistently outstanding delivery performance. In this senior role, you’ll lead high value commercial negotiations, manage complex escalations, and identify opportunities to expand the value we deliver to our customers. You’ll play a key part in shaping our commercial strategy while ensuring strong governance, accurate forecasting, and full contractual performance across your account portfolio.
What You’ll Do- Drive profitable revenue and margin growth across a strategic account portfolio.
- Deliver accurate financial forecasting, strong contractual performance, and high customer satisfaction.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations, including contract formation, renewals, variations, remediation, and change control.
- Identify and convert upsell, cross sell, and solution expansion opportunities.
- Resolve complex commercial and operational escalations, protecting both customer relationships and our commercial position.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality, delivery maturity, and customer value.
- Proactively manage commercial, operational, and reputational risks across accounts.
- Work closely with cross functional teams to deliver strategic outcomes, even without direct line management authority.
- You’ll bring extensive experience managing large, complex strategic accounts in telecoms, digital infrastructure, utilities, or similarly regulated, asset intensive sectors.
- You have a strong track record of operating at scale with significant financial responsibility, including material P&L ownership and enterprise level commercial accountability.
- You combine exceptional commercial acumen, financial literacy, and negotiation expertise with the ability to build credibility at C suite level.
- You’re confident leading cross functional teams through influence rather than authority and can align diverse stakeholders to deliver enterprise level outcomes.
- You’re a strategic thinker with deep operational understanding, able to translate strategy into clear, actionable commercial and delivery plans.
- You communicate confidently at an executive level and are comfortable operating autonomously, applying sound judgement to navigate ambiguity, complexity, and competing priorities.
- Your background includes senior customer facing, commercial, account leadership, or general management roles, ideally involving complex delivery models and end to end P&L accountability—providing the strong foundation needed to excel in this role.
- Reward & Recognition: Competitive salary and an excellent bonus structure.
- Time to Recharge: 30 days’ annual leave.
- Long Term Security: Competitive pension scheme and life insurance.
- Flexibility: Hybrid working to help you balance work and home life.
- Health & Wellbeing: Private medical insurance including dental and optical cover.
- Lifestyle Perks: Cycle to Work scheme, Electric Car scheme, and retail discounts.
- Community & Growth: A generous refer a friend scheme.
