What You’ll Do:

  • Help shape and update Cornerstone's group strategy across both Core and New Business areas.
  • Coordinate inputs for the long term plan and annual strategic planning cycle.
  • Lead market intelligence and benchmarking across the tower and digital infrastructure sectors.
  • Ensure consistent, high quality data and assumptions across strategic documents and models.
  • Deliver strategic analysis, scenario modelling, and portfolio reviews to support senior leadership decisions.
  • Develop and maintain economic models for the tower estate and new ventures, covering revenue, cost, tenancy, energy, and upgrade scenarios.
  • Support the development of business cases for new products, partnerships, and M&A opportunities.
  • Provide insightful scenario and sensitivity analysis to inform investment priorities.
  • Produce clear, concise insight briefs for the CEO, Strategy & Growth Lead, and Senior Leadership Team.
  • Track emerging technologies such as small cells, edge compute, and IoT to identify future opportunities.
  • Contribute to board and shareholder materials with strategic context and performance insights.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong background in corporate strategy, business analysis, or commercial finance.
  • Advanced analytical skills (Excel, modelling tools; data visualisation desirable).
  • Ability to synthesise complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams.
  • Proven experience in corporate strategy, business analysis, or commercial finance within telecoms, infrastructure, or technology sectors.
  • Ability to build and manage financial and economic models to support investment decisions.
  • Experience with market research, competitive benchmarking, and data analytics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related analytical discipline.
  • Analytical, structured thinker with strong commercial intuition.
  • Curious and proactive - seeks insight, not just data.
  • Collaborative and credible with both technical and commercial teams.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
  • High personal ownership and accountability for quality and accuracy.
