Vision: To be the UK's leading digital infrastructure partner, enabling a fully connected future.
Mission: Deliver reliable, high quality site access, infrastructure and services that support our customers' evolving connectivity needs. Build the brand that drives our next phase of growth.
For almost two decades, Cornerstone's infrastructure has quietly supported the UK's mobile networks. As we accelerate into new products, new markets, and new opportunities, you will play a defining role in what our success will be.
The Role: You'll own how we show up to the world - through content, through social, and through the words we use to explain what we do and why it matters. You'll lead our content marketing strategy and own organic social (mainly LinkedIn) - building a scalable, always-on content engine that grows awareness, credibility and engagement, and drives measurable demand across both the core business and new growth areas.
This is part strategist, part creator, part operator. Building a high-performing, always-on content engine. Turning LinkedIn into a genuine growth channel (not just reach, but results). Writing sharp, credible, original copy that cuts through in a complex B2B space.
Why This Role Matters: We're moving into new categories where awareness is low, understanding is limited, and the opportunity is significant. What we say, and how, where and when we say it, will directly influence how quickly we're understood, how credible we feel, and how effectively we convert attention into pipeline.
What You'll Do:
- Own LinkedIn and organic social strategy to build credibility, thought leadership and category understanding.
- Build and run an always-on publishing engine (cadence, series, amplification, community).
- Set standards for tone/voice, formats, and engagement - including exec (CEO/SLT) support when needed.
- Create scroll-stopping social content with clear hooks, stories and calls-to-action (with Studio).
- Keep social aligned to the corporate narrative, brand and priority campaigns across web and marketing.
- Partner with Corporate Comms, Brand/Marketing and leaders to tell the right stories (incl. culture/talent).
- Track performance and optimise: engagement, audience quality, top themes, clicks and downstream impact.
- Bring deep LinkedIn know‑how (formats, algorithm‑led best practice, community‑building, exec amplification).
What You'll Bring:
- Strong track record of turning LinkedIn (or similar channels) into a meaningful growth driver for a B2B brand, combining creative thinking with a clear focus on outcomes.
- Bias for action, generating ideas, testing quickly, and continuously refining based on what drives real impact.
- Exceptional copywriter who can simplify complex ideas into sharp, engaging narratives, and is comfortable shaping content for senior stakeholders as well as the brand itself.
Why Join Us:
- Competitive salary and an excellent bonus structure.
- 30 days' annual leave.
- Competitive pension scheme and life insurance.
- Hybrid working to help you balance work and home life.
- Private medical insurance including dental and optical cover.
- Cycle to Work scheme, Electric Car scheme, and retail discounts.
- A generous refer a friend scheme.
