Our West Dunbartonshire relief pool is growing, we've got relief job opportunities in Dumbarton, Renton, Clydebank, Balloch and Alexandria. The great thing about our relief contracts is they give you flexibility. You tell us when you're available and we would then try to give you shifts to fit.
Shift Patterns
We provide dedicated around the clock support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so our shift patterns do involve early mornings, evenings, weekends, public holidays, sleepovers and/or waking nights.
The Role
As a relief colleague, you will play an important part in our team, ensuring that we still provide the best care and support possible during times of staff training, holidays and absence. The main purpose of your role will be to support individuals who have a disability and/or additional support needs with all aspects of their daily living, e.g. shopping, finances, cooking, housework and personal care. With the individuals we support also enjoying various hobbies and interests, you may also find yourself getting involved in arts.
