Looking for a new part‑time job that's packed with satisfaction that you'd struggle to find anywhere else? Our amazing #TeamWestPark in Inverbervie are looking for new female colleagues to join them on a permanent part‑time (16, 20 or 25 hours per week) basis.
You’ll become part of a friendly, welcoming team who supports three individuals with physical and learning disabilities in their own shared home. There’s never a dull moment and no two days are ever the same.
Responsibilities
- You’ll support each individual with all aspects of daily living, including meal preparation, personal care, finances, household chores and playing an active part in their local community.
- We’ll also need you to be supportive and creative to help with their hobbies and interests which include arts.
We recruit on values and transferable skills. We’ll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills you’ll need. We’ll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and yearly SSSC registration fees too!
We are ideally looking for drivers for this opportunity as the people we support have their own mobility cars, but this isn’t a deal breaker for the right candidate.

Shift Patterns
As we’re dedicated to providing the best support possible shift patterns will usually fall into patterns between the hours of 0800‑1500, 1530‑2100 hours and 1500‑1530 hours (includes a sleepover). Sleepovers, public holidays and weekends would be a requirement on a rotational basis. Sleepovers are not included in your contracted hours and you’ll receive an additional sleepover payment of £107.60 per sleepover shift worked.

Additional Requirements
Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy. If you’re successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting your employment with us.
