Are you looking for a role that is rewarding and makes a huge difference? If so, then look no further as our amazing #TeamThorntree in Beith are looking for a new part-time (20 hours) colleague.
You'll join a warm, well established, friendly and supportive team who supports a young man who has Autism and lives in his own home. As a Support Practitioner, you'll provide support with all aspects of his daily living, e.g. shopping, finances, cooking, housework and personal care. This young man also enjoys getting out and about each day to play golf, go to the arcade and he also likes to get out and about for long and short walks in his local community.
However, for this opportunity as the young man does have his own mobility car, we will need you to bring a full manual UK drivers licence with a minimum of one years' experience on the roads.

You don't need experience to join our team, we recruit on values and transferrable skills. We'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills that you'll need. We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and yearly SSSC registration fees!
Shift Patterns
We are dedicated to providing the best care and support possible and shift patterns for this opportunity currently fall into patterns of hours the next day (includes a sleepover) or hours the next day (includes a sleepover).
If you don't live in Beith and don't have access to your own car, we will need you to be mindful of the location of our service.
