The Role
You will be joining a team of dedicated colleagues supporting individuals across the Cumbernauld area who have a variety of support needs. With an outcome focused approach, you will work in a person-centred way to provide support in all aspects of daily living, including cooking and preparing meals, personal care, administering medication and managing personal finances. You will be enthusiastic and take an active interest in their hobbies which can include community events, going swimming, bowling and attending clubs along with many more activities. Some of the individuals we support do have their own mobility car, so we are looking for you to bring a full UK license with at least 1 year experience on the roads for insurance purposes for these particular vacancies.

You do not need experience or qualifications to start your career with us; we recruit on values and transferable skills and have our own Training Academy that will give you all the skills you will need. Shift Patterns
As we provide support around the clock it means hours and shift patterns are flexible and vary based on the service being offered. Our teams can work early mornings, evenings, nights and weekends, team members can work full time, part time or on a relief contract with flexible hours to accommodate various needs.
