We are seeking compassionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Longside as Support Practitioners. This is a part-time (16-30 hours per week) or relief position supporting five individuals with learning and physical disabilities in their shared home.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, finances, medication, and personal care.
- Support hobbies and interests, including arts & crafts, walking, social events, and swimming.
About You
- No prior experience necessary; we value your values and provide comprehensive training.
- Must have a driving license and access to a vehicle due to the rural location.
- A caring attitude, good communication skills, confidence in water activities, and a positive, willing-to-learn mindset are essential.
Shift Patterns
Shifts typically occur between 07:00 and 21:30, including sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays. Sleepovers are compensated at £100.80 per shift.
