Cornerstone in West Dunbartonshire is seeking an experienced Service Lead on a temporary basis (approx. 12 months) to cover maternity leave. You will lead and shape services, support high-quality, person-centred care, and work with fellow Service Leads to share best practice.
A great development step with opportunities to take on Registered Manager responsibilities. The role is primarily a Monday-Friday, off rota position with some evenings, weekends, wake nights and sleepovers as needed.
