Reinstatement Manager – Horsham | £44.4k – £55.5k per annum (dependent on skills and qualifications). Full-time | Office based.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring effective and safe management of reinstatement contractors
  • Reporting on compliance to legislation and code of practice
  • Maintain excellent levels of customer scores and standards of service
  • Attention to detail with responsibility for approving contractor payment applications
  • Carry out quality audits to ensure high levels of safety at all times
  • Maintain and develop relationships with local councils
  • Drive improvement in reinstatement costs and quality with contractors

What you’ll need

  • The job holder should have a NRSWA (New Road and Street Works Act) certification
  • Full technical knowledge of the reinstatement process and code of practice
  • Good team leadership, the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Excellent customer service skills and work as part of a team
  • A full, clean driving licence and excellent IT skills
  • Performance management knowledge and ability to travel across the southern region is essential
