Reinstatement Manager – Horsham | £44.4k – £55.5k per annum (dependent on skills and qualifications). Full-time | Office based.

Responsibilities
- Ensuring effective and safe management of reinstatement contractors
- Reporting on compliance to legislation and code of practice
- Maintain excellent levels of customer scores and standards of service
- Attention to detail with responsibility for approving contractor payment applications
- Carry out quality audits to ensure high levels of safety at all times
- Maintain and develop relationships with local councils
- Drive improvement in reinstatement costs and quality with contractors
What you’ll need
- The job holder should have a NRSWA (New Road and Street Works Act) certification
- Full technical knowledge of the reinstatement process and code of practice
- Good team leadership, the ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent customer service skills and work as part of a team
- A full, clean driving licence and excellent IT skills
- Performance management knowledge and ability to travel across the southern region is essential
