- Ensuring effective and safe management of reinstatement contractors
- Reporting on compliance to legislation and code of practice
- Maintain excellent levels of customer scores and standards of service
- Attention to detail with responsibility for approving contractor payment applications
- Carry out quality audits to ensure high levels of safety at all times
What you’ll need

- The job holder should have a NRSWA (New Road and Street Works Act) certification.
- Full technical knowledge of the reinstatement process and code of practice

- A full, clean driving licence and excellent IT skills
- Performance management knowledge and ability to travel across the southern region is essential
