- Secondary ownership of the Change Management Process, ensuring compliance and promoting safe change practices.
- Taking ownership of Service Transition governance for assigned projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and assuring the safe delivery of change.
- Taking a keen interest in the business, what we do for our customers and understanding the potential consequences of poor Change Management.
