Responsibilities:
- Ensure procedural readiness to deliver OT Cyber projects
- Ensure correct paperwork and appropriate signoffs are in place prior to site work commencing
- Responsible for creating, tracking, reporting and coordination of PS6 MoC process
- Coordinate with other E&I and Major project teams, and 3rd parties, to confirm responsibilities under PS/6 and NRO to maximise efficiency
- Contribute to building and adherence to the project schedule
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Research and review information for stakeholders
- Help optimise MoC surrounding project implementations
- Help maintain deployment programme momentum and effective use of personnel
- Provide support/responses to project queries to stakeholders
- Use various computer systems and software packages
- Occasional travel to sites across SGN operational geography
- Occasional travel to sites across Scotland and to SGN’s southern major offices
What you will need:
- Relevant work experience in Management of Change in an industrial process environment
- Experience coordinating drafting updates and asset management activities
- Experience in Project Management or Coordination in an industrial environment
- Experience in product rollout across a wide and diverse target area
- Utilities and/or energy industry exposure
- Diligence, organized, attention to detail and strong writing skills
- Strong communicator adaptable to different audiences
- Understanding of the importance of Cyber Security
- Ability to use non-authoritative skills to secure progress on deliverables outside your control
- Successful in securing SC clearance
- Knowledge and/or training in permit to work processes
- Proficiency with common Microsoft Office applications to build reports, manage files and communicate status
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving
- Full driving license
