Vision: To be the UK’s leading digital infrastructure partner, enabling a fully connected future.
Mission: Deliver reliable, high quality site access, infrastructure and services that support our customers’ evolving connectivity needs.
About us: For almost two decades, Cornerstone’s infrastructure has quietly supported the UK’s mobile networks. We’re in an exciting period of acceleration and product development that will see us enable more connectivity and compute to more communities and industries across the UK.
You’ll be the go-to person for big, complex estate partners—think Network Rail, TfL, utilities, councils and airports—building long-term relationships and landing the deals that keep our sites live (and growing). You’ll negotiate acquisitions and renewals, steer estate management, and be the calm escalation point when commercial or property issues heat up. You’ll also spot new ways to unlock value across portfolios (site-sharing, smart collaborations, better use of real estate) and drive projects from idea to delivery—on time, on budget and to a high standard.
Why This Role Matters: Our network only works if we have the right sites, in the right places, on the right terms and that’s exactly what this role protects and unlocks. You’ll keep critical portfolios secure and service-ready, turning complex property negotiations into continuity for our customers and confidence for our shareholders. Just as importantly, you’ll spot smarter ways to use real estate, improve how we deliver, and help the business grow faster, safer and more efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead senior relationships with portfolio providers; negotiate frameworks and Code agreements.
- Own the end-to-end programme: renewals, acquisitions, upgrades and transactions—protecting tenure and continuity.
- Drive performance: delivery, governance, forecasting, and Capex/Opex targets—with clear visibility of progress.
- Keep the portfolio commercially healthy.
