An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Technical Data Administrator in Southern Maintenance, reporting to the Maintenance Engineering Manager.

- Here’s how you will contribute…
- Processing information
- Receiving requests from external parties planning to work near our high pressure (HP) pipelines.
- Processing these requests on our HP third party works enquiry system. An important role in ensuring the safety of our assets and those planning work activities.
- Support administration for our HP Pipelines Landowner Liaison Officer.
- Communication
- Liaising with operational colleagues throughout the team and distributing work.
- Ensuring external stakeholders are updated through the system or general communication.
- Other
- Maintaining records and reports to help support the team.
- Perform general office admin tasks.
