The E&I OT Cyber Programme Co-ordinator plays a key role in that mission, driving the modernisation of our operational technology estate and supporting the delivery of SGN's OT cyber security programme.
You’ll be embedded in a technically skilled, cross-functional team, working across the full SGN gas network to initiate, track and close out site readiness activities and Management of Change (MoC) processes. Day-to-day, you will coordinate with systems integrators and internal OT project teams, managing scheduling, status reporting, and third‑party engagement to keep the programme moving.
Here’s how you will contribute:
- Ensuring the procedural readiness to deliver OT Cyber project
- Ensuring the correct paperwork and appropriate signoffs are in place prior to site work commencing
- Responsible for creating, tracking, reporting and coordination of PS6 MoC process
- Coordinating with the other E&I and Major project teams, and third parties, to confirm responsibilities under PS/6 and NRO to maximise efficiency
- Contributing to the building and adherence to the project schedule
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders
- Researching and reviewing information for stakeholders
- Help optimise MoC surrounding project implementations
- Help maintain deployment programme momentum and effective use of personnel
- Provide support/responses to project queries to stakeholders
- Use various computer systems and software packages
- Occasional travel to sites across SGN operational geography
- Occasional travel to sites across Scotland and to SGN’s southern major offices
What you will need:
- We're looking for a proactive and organised individual who can work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Managing change within an industrial or process environment
- Coordinating technical documentation, drafting updates and asset management activities
- Project management or project coordination in an industrial setting
- Delivering product or system rollouts across multiple sites or locations
- The utilities or energy sector is desirable
You’ll also bring:
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to different audiences
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
- The ability to influence and build relationships to deliver outcomes, even where you don't have direct authority
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
