Salary: Β£55.5k - Β£66.7k per annum

Role Overview
We are looking for an Occupational Health Advisor to deliver Occupational Health & Wellbeing services across our Southern Region, with occasional overnight stays. You will be on a company van, have meal allowances, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver our health surveillance programme across SGN South
- Provide timely, accurate, and appropriate advice to the business on health and wellbeing matters within legal and best practice guidelines
- Support the Lead Nurse and Head of OH in developing policies and procedures
- Manage workload of OH Technicians, maintain weekly MI, and report trends to the Head of OH
- Refer staff to interventions, support services, or signposting to maintain or improve health and wellbeing
- Work closely with Operations, HR and other key stakeholders to deliver, influence, and drive engagement
- Provide full end-to-end service including case work, assessments, and fittings
- Help grow the department by delivering a vital service to our staff
Requirements
- NMC registration (Part 3 of the register) & SCPHN OH Qualification
- Experience in health surveillance and case management
- Familiarity with UK OH legislation, HSE guidelines, and FOM best practice
- Proactive mindset β actively identify health risks and help solve them
- Excellent communication and digital skills; confident in clinical systems and data-driven reporting
- Strong understanding of data and accurate reporting
- Accredited tier 3 HAVS qualification desirable but not essential
- Full manual UK driving licence β regular travel required
