About the Role: To manage and govern the supplier in the delivery of the Planned preventative maintenance. Collect and record data of delivery and implement continual improvement and problem management to improve and enhance services. Experienced in jeopardy management, telecoms site build and auditing. Stakeholder management and working in a fast-paced environment is a requirement for the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- To define, record and play a part in the success of the Cornerstone Operations Maintenance Team while drawing and working in conjunction with other functions and areas of business ownership and professional / technical expertise.
- Work with Cornerstone Internal Teams to ensure that Shareholder network coverage is preserved and improved in line with business objectives.
- To manage all key stakeholders and stakeholder groups including Shareholder and Senior Cornerstone Leadership groups.
- Ensure expectations are managed, critical decisions are made, key dependencies and requirements are addressed and met.
- To manage, record and deliver governance and compliance within the Delivery Operations and Cornerstone Estate by using appropriate mediums and mechanisms such as milestone reporting, meetings, one to ones and conference calls required to deliver all programs, in line with timescales, budget, contract requirements quality and scope.
- To recommend and implement any changes to governance or contract that enables better execution of the contract deliverables.
- Provide and manage all governance meetings and data behind all reporting into shareholders and Cornerstone senior reporting.
- To proactively direct, manage, record and escalate all risks, issues and dependencies and subsequently oversee their resolutions and mitigation within Delivery Operations, Cornerstone Estates and shareholders delivery teams to ensure compliance within the Cornerstone estate.
- To govern and be accountable for the delivery of the Planned preventative maintenance program, capturing the statutory compliance, defects, remedial works and delivery of reactive tickets within the agreed service levels.
- Data management and control is paramount to drive the PPM program within agreed timescales, costs and quality.
- Quality, data recording and reporting will form an essential part of this role with an addition to managing the supplier and Cornerstone customers, inclusive of site audit where applicable.
Experience (technical, managerial, industry):
- Extensive experience in managing and delivering projects in complex and rapidly changing project or environments while leading matrix and multi-skilled teams.
- Experience of running projects within a Telecoms Cellular Network Infrastructure Share environment.
Skills / Knowledge:
- Advanced inter-personal skills and strong stakeholder management.
- Intermediate skills in Excel and MS project.
- Proven track record of managing people/suppliers and getting the best from multi-skilled teams.
- Excellent skills in Excel and MS project.
- Experience of telecoms Build and jeopardy management.
