Das sind deine Aufgaben:
- Du übernimmst die Beratung unserer Kunden und wirkst aktiv im Verkauf mit.
- Du setzt unsere Produkte in Szene und schaffst eine inspirierende Atmosphäre.
- Du bist für die Pflege unserer Blumen und Pflanzen verantwortlich.
- Du unterstützt unsere Floristen beim Binden von Sträußen und bei weiteren floristischen Tätigkeiten.
- Du wirkst bei der Kassenabrechnung mit.
Das bringst du mit:
- Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Einzelhandel oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung, auch Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) sind herzlich willkommen.
- Relevante Erfahrung im Handel, in der Gastronomie oder im kreativen Umfeld.
- Bereitschaft, an Wochenenden, Feiertagen sowie in der Früh- und Spätschicht zu arbeiten.
- Keine Scheu vor körperlicher Arbeit, z.B. bei der Warenverräumung.
- Bereitschaft, bei kälteren und wärmeren Temperaturen in der Filiale zu arbeiten.
- Eine große Leidenschaft für den Verkauf und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden.
- Begeisterung für Blumen, Pflanzen und Dekoartikel.
- Ein Auge für eine inspirierende Präsentation der Ware.
